[nfbcs] Page Refreshing with Firefox

Hi, has anyone found a solution to the lack of page refresh ability on
Firefox using JAWS?  I'm using the latest version and update of each
program, and it seems that on certain pages, mainly Google, JAWS does not
automatically load the new content without a manual page refresh.  I don't
want to hear how Window Eyes is better and would never do such a thing.
Sheesh.  Some potential fixes would be great though.  Thanks.
