[nfbcs] Follow-up, Text Editors

I don't think the problem with ultraedit had anything to do with jaws.  The 
problem was with either the sftp functionality or with php syntax 
highlighting.   The only time it crashed was when I was editing a php file 
via sftp. But then it crashed all the time.
