[nfbcs] SFTP

[Bill]

I said in my message i am using winscp 4.1.8 and window-eyes 7.01.  the only
thing that i can get is "list view" when i press tab.  pressing arrow keys
gives me nothing.
  The folder i am accessing should be populated.
