[nfbcs] Bypassing the welcome screen/login for Windows XP.

Okay, somehow, my computer started requiring the welcome screen/login screen and I don't remember how to bypass it so that, for example, when I restart the machine, it goes past that and automatically logs into my account and plays my startup sound.  Can anyone help?
