[nfbcs] Creating a desktop shortcut

Thanks Steve and Mike.  While it would be nice to have some book that
would tell me everything I need to know, in its absence it's nice to know
I'm not the only one trying to figure this stuff out by trial and error. 
Nice to know there's no secret everyone else knows and I missed.  And nice
to have other blind guys I can ask for help!
