have you tried unloading and reloading jaws?
I get similar behavior but when things like that happen I reset jaws and if 
it still doesn't go away, I report it or live with it.

We've seen that behavior on Mary's computer. Both of our machines and the
laptop have JFW 10 installed but the situation you described only happens on
Mary's PC. We haven't discovered a fix yet.

hi list,

while someone is using jaws 10.0.1154 and word xp, it is fine for a while
when reviewing a document then jaws gets locked in a right to left
situation.

top down reads correctly but when hitting right arrow over the word
'recommendation' it only says blank then will only spell the word when the
left arrow is pressed.

has anyone else seen this and what was the solution?
