[nfbcs] Folder settings

Gary,

1. Setup your Windows Explorer to the desired view.  I typically use the 
Windows+e keystroke to open it.
2. Access the tools menu. Alt+t.
3. Up arrow to "folder options" and press enter.
4. This is a multipage dialog box and it should open to the general tab.  Do 
a Ctrl+tab to switch to the "View" page.
5. Now, your focus should be on a button that says "apply to all folders". 
Press spacebar on it and then tab to OK to apply the changes.

The key is to make the changes first before applying them to all folders. 
At least, this is how I have always done it.
