Using Quickbooks with JAWS can be done, but it requires very heavy JAWS Cursor usage.  I agree with Cindy that you should use the Cash Management System.

I would recommend using CashManager instead. This company has gone out of its way to make it accessible and you can find podcasts that demonstrate how it works with JAWS.
