Yes, it is easy to use, and accessible -- but I am not sure what it 
is actualy telling you because it is so simplified.  Is that upload 
speed, download speed, and it talks about measuring WIFI/3G/4G.  It 
seems to me that all it can really measure is the slowest link in 
your system, internet link, wifi, or other type of connection.
