[nfbcs] clickable powerpoint decks, how can the author make accessible

Hey Folks,
I am working with e-learning authors at Yahoo who want to build
accessible self directed learning modules. i.e. self paced learning.
Currently, their plan is to build powerpoint decks, and them feed them
through some magic that turns them into flash.
At first, I guessed that the flash was probably not going to be
accessible, and that the powerpoint would be.
However, I've now seen some examples of the powerpoint, and they
aren't static slides. They require that you click on elements to
expose more information about things. I was not able to find keyboard
alternatives to the clicking.
I was hoping that some folks here with more powerpoint authoring
experience than I would have some suggestions on how the authors can
add keyboard shortcuts, or better expose the clickable elements to
JAWS.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim
