[nfbcs] android cell phones

I am aware that they are rough around the edges...  I want to get into it
cause I want to help develop for them and just because I like new
challenges.
Java isn't hard and who knows, I just might be the next cool applications
writer.

I have not used them personally, but I have heard on the serotalk podcast
that it is not ready for prime time yet basically.
