If she has JAWS 12 the virtual ribbons might gelp in Office 2010 There are some add ons you can download that may help with other versions of Office & JAWS. I think virtual ribbons also work in 2007.

Is there a way to have the classic Office view in Office 2007 while using
JAWS? My fiancee is having difficulty accomplishing things what she needs to
do using the ribbons. Is there any help for this?
