[nfbcs] Moving Files and Folders on a Mac

To move a file or folder do the following:
1. Select the file or folder that you want to move.
2. Hit Command+C to copy file to clipboard.
3. Open the folder you want to move the file to and hit Command+Option+v.

I don't know how much you know about moving around on the Mac so let me know if you need more instructions.
