Outlook 2003: How do you get to the options for a message, such as priority?
I have been using the JAWS cursor, but there must be a better way.
Nj: Try right-clicking on a message to see its options. I.E applications key.

Outlook 2007: Same question as above.
Nj: Same as above.
How do you get to the attach file option?
Alt, tab to attach a file. There is a shortcut, but it's obscure.
When in the message list, is there a way other than pressing control y to
jump directly to the folder list?
Shift+tab most of the time, especially if you have the folder pane
turned on. You can check that in view somewhere, I think under layout.
When in the folder list, is there a way to select a folder without jumping
to the message list?
Not with control+y, but if you use shift+tab you can.

In Excel 2003, is there a shortcut key for merging cells?
Nj: Not directly, however you can get to the format cells dialog box
with control+1 and merge is in there. You could also assign a macro
with a keyboard shortcut to do this.

Thanks.
