[nfbcs] Before updating

I think updates can also be found in the Windows XP control panel under
add/remove progams.  You would find it in that list and uninstall the update
if it doesn't work well.

I have IE6 with SP2.  I want to go up to IE8.  6 has served me well, but 
more and more websites don't like it. It's just so old I'm having trouble 
finding it. Oh well, back to Google.
