Nod32 is also a very good alternative as well.

Norton, Mcaffee, kaspersky though good are RAM hogs and will severely slow
JAWS. Microsoft internet security has been one of the best non RAM hogs I
have used as well as a good protective and I have used just about all of
them
Just keep that in mind as you look at the other software you want to work
well on your machine
