[nfbcs] JFW and Windows Live Messenger

Make sure you go to tools then options and go through all the message
options and check the boxes that have to do with what you want the
messages to do
Then when you type a message you can shift tab back up into the messages
and then down arrow or up arrow to have info repeat and you can read
everything...tab back into the text message box and continue to type
