[nfbcs] Braille Note Email Problem

Hello,

Mary's Braille not will not send mail.  She called Humanware.  They told her
that it is an A T and T problem.  they say they have been receiving a lot of
similar calls.  I think this is a fingerpointing thing, since our other
email is not having problems from the computer.  It is the same account on
the computer as the BN.

Any ideas?

Not long ago I obtained a KNFB reader mobile. I have a big problem with it.
When I try to have it read boxes for things like k-cups, mac and cheese, or
frozen products in boxes, it keeps saying "significant glare detected" no
matter what level of light I use. Is it that these boxes are too
colorful/graphically rich for the camera/software to handle? Any tghoughts?
