[nfbcs] JFW tock and frames

I have come across those when using Internet Explorer, and I just cannot 
write in them. I do not know how to put it other than they will not work. 
When using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, they work fine. However, I 
do need to check that it is not web visum that is making them work 
correctly.
