HTML allows use of frames. I am not clear about all the uses.
JAWS says frame becausr they are jtml elements.

Subject: [nfbcs] JFW tock and frames

Can anyone tell me what it means when JFW says -- frame, where -- is some
name, and makes the tock sound it makes when entering a form field? There
is no form, just a frame begin and end. Am I misinterpreting the tock
sound?
This happens on the MLB Gameday site, where the frame is the login frame
(with no form fields), and it happened somewhere else recently, but I
forget where.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Tracy
