[nfbcs] JFW tock and frames

If the GameDay site shows that one is already logged in, there's no need to
even worry about that frame.

    Yes, JAWS says frame, but this is not just a frame. It is some kind of 
edit box. I have not gotten around to looking at the HTML source, but, when 
I do, I will post more on what it actually is.
