[nfbcs] Caller ID Devices

I have a good talking phone ID.  I think I got it from Independent Living
Aids.  It says the incoming number, and it keeps track of the last 10
numbers or so, with the date/time they called.  ILA had 2 models when I
was looking, and the cheaper one was actually the more useful and
accessible.
