[nfbcs] Amazon cloudplayer

I've been buying MP3's from Amazon for years, but recently some bright
bulb decided all their MP3 purchases have to go through their cloudplayer,
and now I can't get my music. Has anyone had success with downloading
from Amazon's cloudplayer to a PC?
I go to the cloudplayer, check the songs I want, hit download, and my PC
makes the gadook noise that means it's getting ready to download, but then
it doesn't ask me if I want to open or save the file, and it doesn't
download anything. Amazon's MP3 support said to check if pop-ups are
being blocked, and they're not.
I tried it on 2 different computers, with Firefox and IE8, and got the
same result both places.
I spent hours on the phone with MP3 support, but they were basically
clueless. And I kept telling them I'm blind and using a screen reader, in
case that's part of the problem, and they'd say OK, then say "Look for the
square button. Look for the yellow bar." So "I'm blind" obviously went
in one ear and out the other.

It's very frustrating. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to buy
music, unless someone here knows what to do.
Oh, and I tried the Amazon accessible site, but it says I can't even buy
MP3's through there, because it doesn't support my device.
TIA.
Tracy
