[nfbcs] odd jows behavior in command window

insert j if jaws is in system tray and go to options then basics and tab
through all your options--change the way jaws is speaking to you
insert 6 is where all the commands are to really change all aspects of jaws
and have him talk or repeat as minimally as you want
