[nfbcs] using the terminal with voiceover on Mac

If you want to utilize the history i.e., uparrow up through previous commands, and then execute a previous command, make sure QuickNav is off. by toggling left-right arrows simultaneously. If you want to read the buffer without the arrow keys interacting with the bash shell make sure that either quicknav is on or that you have the option-cmd (VO) keys pressed when you use the arrows.
