In your quest to determine accessibility for Android phones, I might suggest
the following.

 

First, a number of cell phone providers are now offering Code Factory's
Mobile Accessibility app at no charge.  Mobile Accessibility is a
full-function suite of software that essentially takes over the phone.  You

Second, in the October, 2012 issue of Access World, there is an article by
J.J. Meddaugh entitled "An Evaluation of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Using the
