[nfbcs] Escaping from the IE toolbar from hell

I'm not Mike, but I like tabbed browsing because

1. It keeps clutter off my task bar (and thus out of Alt+Tab order).

2. I think it takes less system resources than making new windows and
tasks for all open web pages.

3. I can park open a page or two without cluttering my workspace (this
is really a special case of item 1 though).

So I tend to spring open new web pages from links by using Ctrl+Enter
(background tab) or Ctrl+Shift+Enter (foreground tab) instead of
Shift+Enter (new window) or just Space or Enter (replaces current
page in current window).

Your mileage may vary of course.

Mike, do you like tab browsing? Please point out to me the
advantages, because I don't see them. Or were you being sarcastic?
