[nfbcs] Wondering About Windows Key plus Enter in Windows 8

Yesterday, someone told me that when I start up a Windows 8 machine for the first time, I might be able to press Windows Key plus Enter soon after the power starts and Narrator will turn on and I can set the machine up using Narrator.  Can anyone confirm or deny that?  I realize that Windows Key plus U will still bring up Narrator after the machine has booted up completely.
