[nfbcs] Outlook to internet issue:

I have had something strange happening for a couple of months. When I have a
link in an email message, outlook 2007 is email program, and I try to click
on it, internet explorer used to come up automatically and display the page.
Now, I get the message, "cannot display webpage". I am sure I have messed up
a setting somewhere. Can anyone offer any suggestions where I can look to
make links on my email messages present the page when pressed. Thanks!
