[nfbcs] Possible re-send of e-mail please

Greetings folks,


A week or so ago, David Andrews had made a post to the NFB master lists. In
it , the message contained no attachments, but moreover, the entire 2013
Washington Seminar legislative articles and info.

Yes, he did send a message out previously, containing five or so
attachments, but then David did a re-send of that same e-mail, with the
entire body of the message as having all the issues and proposed legislative
speaking points contained within.

Does any one still have that original e-mail please?

If so, could it be re-sent to:
