Correct.  Readers usually go for ten or fifteen depending on cost of living.
My guess is that in your area, the cost would be somewhere around 15.

I haven't hired a reader in a long time, but I'm going to see if I can hire 
my neighbor to help me get through some inaccessible training.
Those of you who have readers, what's the hourly pay rate?  I'm thinking 
between $10-20 an hour.
