[nfbcs] NVDA review mode

There is a laptop style layout for NVDA. If you have chosen the
laptop layout as your keyboard for NVDA and you press the Ins+1
you should be able to find the command for NVDA that you are
looking for.

Try running NVDA with the "laptop" keyboard configuration and
then use the keyboard help, Ins + 1, to see what are the
available navigation keys.
I believe there are ways to use navigation without the number pad
because JAWS also has a "laptop" keyboard configuration for
computers without a number pad.
When I used Windows XP, I had a notebook without a number pad and
I recall I was able to do just fine; that was about 3 years ago.
I currently use a 17.3" Windows 7 laptop that has a number pad so
I am using NVDA in desktop mode.

What does one do if one doesn't have the numpad?  I am running
NVDA on my netbook, which only has a laptop-style keyboard.  Hmm,
perhaps this is why I haven't been able to figure out review
mode--I don't have the keys for it.
