[nfbcs] IT Field and New Horizons

Hello,

I am considering a career change that would take me in to the IT field.  I
am looking at help desk, network security, ETC. I want to have a wide array
of employment options. I have attached a set of questions that I hope those
who are working in the IT field will respond to. I am also interested in
hearing about experiences anyone has had with NEW Horizons.
