Robert:

On the old computer, run an Outlook Export and create a PST file. Copy that
file somewhere on to your new computer and run an import using the Outlook
program on that machine. If you want more specifics, email me offline.

Thanks.

Cordially,

Curtis Chong

Subject: [nfbcs] Question: How to transfer outlook folders from one pc to
another?

Hello:

I have a PC running Windows XP and Outlook 2007. I have acquired a new
PC running Windows 7. I plan on running either Office 2010 or Office 2013.
Is there a recommended way to transfer the Outlook folders so I can keep my
old mail and address book? Thank you.

Regards,

Robert
