No there is not an email that you can submit questions to at this
time.
The below was copied and pasted from the email I received from
the Chrome Team.
We will be sending useful tips as well as surveys from time to
time. While we're currently not able to respond to any direct
emails or inquiries, we encourage you to check out the Chrome OS
