That depends. What operating system(s) are you cloning from that drive? 
Linux or BSD it's pretty easy, Windows is possible but there are more 
steps. The MBR you'll probably need to handle separately. Don't just do 
a standard copy like with cp or copy or something like that or if the 
disk has your OS on it. IN particular, don't do that if it's Windows as 
it will not result in a useable operating system on the new drive.
