[nfbcs] Completely Closing Outlook

You can also execute Office Backstage (used to be the files Menu) by hitting
Alt-F, then arrowing to exit and hitting ENTER.

Outlook may be pinned to your taskbar or something.  Shift+f10 on outlook on
the taskbar and downarrow until you get to unpin outlook from the taskbar
then hit enter then outlook should shut down completely.
