[nfbcs] USB window not opening

I am not sure how to fix it with Jaws.  I do know most sighted users 
search on how to turn that function off, so a sighted friend may be able 
to search how to turn it off, and help you if no one else knows.  If 
nothing else, they may be able to help you find search terms.
