[nfbcs] Strangeness on list.

Sometimes these notices are generated.  I believe it is caused by the 
long string of footers that are in reply chains.  People should 
delete them when repolying to a message.  YOu can just ignore the 
message, and the notice will expire.  No one has it in for  you -- at 
least that I know of (grin).
