[nfbcs] Question on Microsoft Link

Hi,

At my office we use Microsoft Link to communicate over the web instead of using phone lines.  When I tried it with a head set with I microphone, it worked fine, but when I was on a call I could not hear JAWS.  Is this a feature or something I can make work correctly?
