[nfbcs] Accessibility of IOS programming

RubyMotion allows you to develop iOS apps in Ruby and doesn't require
Xcode or any IDE, for that matter. The website is www.rubymotion.com.
It's $299 I believe, but if you're serious about developing an app it
could be worth it.
