[nfbcs] Accessible Web hosting

I have a web site on Google Pages.

However it can't be backed up, and I'm not sure how accessible it will be.

I am new to the Mac and learning VoiceOver.  Which is a nightmare in and 
of itself.  However, that is what I will have to use to update, 
navigate, and backup my website.


What is a good cheap or free web hosting that is accessible?
