What shows in the address bar? Are you typing directly into IE or are you
entering the address into a search engine such as Bing -- if only
inadvertently?

Perhaps a toolbar has been installed that redirects what you type to a
different site address first.

Just some possibilities.

Hi All,

I'm currently using Windows 7, jaws 15 and IE 9.  When I try to go to
www.nfbnet.org I receive the below text.  I am using Road Runner as my
internet access.  I called a friend of mine that uses Road Runner for his
internet access to see if he could go to the above website and he could
without any issues.  How can I resolve my issue?  Thanks in advance.
