Go to mouse properties and find the tab to make the cursor extra large then find the tab where if u hit the Ctrl  key that the mouse actually sends out a very visible vibration 
Then during presentation route your cursor when someone says they want to know where u r at and hit the Ctrl key and they will see where it is...just make sure u go back to PC cursor before continuing
