[nfbcs] NVDA 32-bit

Well, nvda isn't a normal program but most 32 bit applications  will run 
on a 64 bit machine. I'd say the odds are that it will work.

Another thing is that it doesn't hurt to try. If it doesn't work, you've 
wasted  maybe a minute or two.
