It's only available in JAWS 15. JAWS key and space then h. There is a
multiline text field with the speech history.

OK, I'll play with it later this afternoon.
Another Question:
Copy speech history?
How is this done? What use is it?
Can you walk / talk me through that too? LOL!

: I'm pretty sure that it is in 13. If you want just the current window
: OCR'ed, then press JAWS key (insert and/or backspace depending on what
: keyboard layout you are using), then o, then w. JAWS says, "OCR started."
: Then "finished.", and the JAWS cursor is active. As soon as you switch
back
: to the PC cursor, you lose the OCR.
: Okay, this is kind of silly, and it would take a long time, and you
: would not have the formatting, but, theoretically, if you wanted to save
: what you had OCR'ed with the latest version of JAWS, you could read the
: entire screen and then, given that the history was long enough, copy the
: speech history.

:
: Steve et. al.,
:
: Can you tell us again how to use the feature?
: What version of JAWS was it first in.
: I have 11 & 13 on my machine, do I have access to it?
: I've never used it! LOL! (Of course, I -am- a noob tho... )
