[nfbcs] braille embossers

Hi Amber.

It's good that you are doing research before choosing an embosser.
Embossers may be expensive, but it's not uncommon to find Braille
embossers that are 20+ years old, and still in service.  This makes
them, IMHO, far better investments than notetakers.  (Apples and
oranges, I know, but something worth considering none the less.)

Another feature I strongly suggest you look for in an embosser is the
ability to create interpoint braille.  Braille is not cheap, and using
interpoint is an easy way to cut your paper costs nearly in half.
This might not seem like a big deal now, but when you consider the
amount of paper you'll use over the life of the device, I think it's
well worth it.
