[nfbcs] Using IntelliJ

Hey Jordyn!
I've never heard of (or had any success) using this. Is this a required 
editor for a specific reason, or could you use eclipse as an 
alternative? I'm not sure how that would work for you, but it might be 
sort of usable. The only issue is I don't know if eclipse will open the 
project files generated.
