[nfbcs] VINUX on non PAE Question.

Vinus itself is a distro, like ubuntu is.  So you can't install Vinux
on top of Ubuntu.

You can install orca, or other AT, on top of Ubuntu using apt or
aptitude.  Searching apt repos for orca, blind, or accessibility will
give you a list of possible technologies to install.
