Ok,
Something I'm obviously  either missing, or haven't asked.
It seems to me to be the 363 killogram Hominidaefamillial member on the 
premisis...
( TRANSLATION: 800 POUND GORILLA IN THE ROOM )

Are those of you who are experienced and using the platform tools installing 
these platforms by yourselves?

I mean,  is the totally blind community able to install this OS without 
help?
 ( insert whatever distribution )
I have little or no help-- and any I might have, is nearly Linux illiterate.
I'm not trying to sound condecending... it's just the status of the 
predicament I find myself.

Anyone willing to let me send them 2 laptops and fix them for me?
*sigh*

I don't know what to do...
